Delete Account
If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please read the information below and follow the instructions.
This account deletion page applies to Fishing Master, published on Google Play under the developer name BitIsland Studio and operated by Qualstor Corporation.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Fishing Master account, please contact our support team by email and provide the following information:
- Registered Email Address
- Game UID / Player ID
- Nickname
- Reason for account deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 30 days.
Data to be deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account Information
- Game Profile and Avatar
- Game Progress and Statistics
- Friends List
- Login Information
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained temporarily for legal and security obligations:
- Purchase Records (up to 180 days)
- Legal Compliance Data
- Security and Fraud Prevention Data
